Pool inspector report came back and said that we have weepers coming down the side of our property and puddling in the culvert below. He said that repairs may cost over $50,000. Is this kind of this common and is the information I’m receiving accurate?

It’s impossible to tell without evaluating the overall state of your pool. If you are able to post the actual pool inspection report they submitted, I’d be able to tell better. If you have significant structural repairs needed to your inground pool, it’s quite possible that the estimate you were given is accurate. How old is the pool in question Brian?
