We’re thinking about doing a large perimeter overflow all in glass mosaic tile. I stumbled across something I absolutely love for our backyard in Temecula. Who does tile work like this in our local area?

I’ve seen this pool but couldn’t remember at first who did it so I sent this thread to a friend of mine who told me that the mosaic tile on the pool was done by mosaic tile contractor Jimmy Reed of Rock Solid Tile. The designer of the pool was Shane LeBlanc of Selective Designs.
There’s an article on him featuring this pool:

I know that the installer, Jimmy Reed, is located in the Los Angeles area. Don’t know how close that is to where you live though but supposedly he works all over the world. Contact him, hopefully, maybe he services your area.
Just one thing though, while I have to admit that you have great taste in pool designs, I heard this guy is supposed to be one of the best in the world at mosaic tile installation so just be prepared for what the price is going to be for a tile job like that. Same goes for Shane LeBlanc if you’re thinking about who to design it.

Thanks Marcus. LA isn’t too far away. I went on his website and his work is beautiful. Is he a pool builder or does he just do the tile? Ideally, we’re looking for a pool company that handles everything from design, construction, interiors, etc.
Certainly Shannon. I believe Rock Solid Tile focuses on mosaic tile installation and not swimming pool construction. Based on what I know, many pool builders subcontract this type of interior work to companies like theirs because mosaic glass tile work is very specialized installation work. Truthfully, there are not many pool construction companies that do this type of work in-house. If you want a pool with this type of luxury interior, expect to pay top dollar. Quite possible, but your builder may end up subbing out the tile installation portion to a company like Rock Solid Tile anyway.
That is a gorgeous-looking pool. Tile design is sick, but I have no idea who did that. Maybe one of the other members knows.
Love love love this pool design.
I’ve never seen anything like this. <3
