Pool Leak Structural Damage

  • 2

My pool leaks an average of 3 inches a day. My pool leak detection guy said that he couldn’t find anything wrong and suggested that evaporation may be the culprit. I’m noticing some things occurring that make me believe I may have structural damage in my pool. How can I tell if this is the case?

I think you should look for a second opinion Patricia. Are you able to post some photos of the area you suspect the leak may be coming from? What exactly did your leak detection guy tell you?

I don’t want to mention the company because we may have to sue them to get a refund on some repair work too. Can you recommend anyone that does pool repair work? I live in Virginia Beach.

Try Fox Pools – they do pool repair in Hampton Roads and service your area.

Sorry Patricia, I don’t know anyone that does work in your area. Maybe one of the other guides can recommend someone.

Your pool would have to be sitting on the Sun to be losing 3 inches a day… get a refund on this so-called leak detection and hire a professional.
