First year we noticed right away that our hard water was creating stains in the hot tub, and also made your skin feel very pruny when getting out of the spa. Our pool service tech recommended a water softener which we tried. It definitely worked as far as pruny skin is concerned, but still seeing hard water stains. Is there a way to fix this?
