Wondering what a normal pool inspection is supposed to include? Do they repair anything wrong that they find or is that separate? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I don’t know what is involved.

A typical pool inspection consists of a thorough examination of the pool struture, safety features, pool equipment, interior, exterior and overall shape of the pool area. your pool inspector should be able to provide a report that details any repair work needed. The inspector report should be suitable to submit to a mortage company or to use in negotiating the closing price of a home if repair work warrants lowering the asking price.
